Capizano’s Culinary Delights is the beginning of dreams meeting passion.

 

I was told I started cooking at age 2. Whether or not that is true, I’m not sure.  I do remember the first time I baked from scratch.  I was 15 years old. I helped make muffins for a bake sale during Bay to Breakers. It had such an impact on me.  I could taste the difference. The look on people’s faces as they ate the muffins were pure joy. I wanted to do it again, so I searched out recipes to try.

I also loved baking for my school bake sales. As I got older, I would bake things and bring them into work. When things were tense in the office, which they sometimes can be, it was a chance for everyone to take a breath and relax. The smile on people’s faces when they saw and tasted whatever I brought was satisfying.

 

Being able to start a business and sharing my art of cooking and baking with others is a dream come true.  Sharing my passion with people and knowing I am making them happy with tasty delights.
